What's a Senior Rep Team?
The Bonnie Wid Photography Senior Rep Team is all about celebrating your senior year in a fun and memorable way. As part of the team, you’ll represent Bonnie Wid Photography by sharing your photos, telling your friends about your experience, and by encouraging friends to book their own sessions with Bonnie.
In return, you’ll get some awesome perks—like free group sessions, special gifts, and discounted prints. It’s a chance to make memories, have fun in front of the camera, and be part of something special during your senior year.

It would be an honor to have you as part of the very first Bonnie Wid Photography Senior Rep Team! I’m inviting a small group of senior girls who have already booked their Class of 2026 sessions with me… and that includes YOU!
I loved our time together and the beautiful photos we’ve already created, and now I’d love to give you the opportunity for some fun extra sessions and even more photos.
We’ll have several group sessions, each with a simple theme and outfit inspiration so everyone looks amazing and cohesive. At every session, you’ll get both group shots and individual photos. These shoots are meant to be relaxed and fun—time to hang out with friends, make new ones, and enjoy some creative photos together.
In return, I’ll ask you to help me share and promote your senior experience with Bonnie Wid Photography.

Extra Photos
You’ll be part of fun, exclusive group photo sessions with the rep team—such a great way to make memories and walk away with even more amazing photos. You'll receive group photos and individual photos.
New Friends
Being part of the team is a great way to meet new people and make friends with other seniors from different schools. This is all about community and cheering each other on.
Welcome Gifts
Every rep gets a fun welcome gift filled with goodies from other small businesses to kick off the year and make you feel extra celebrated.
What's expected of you.

Attend at least two group sessions. You’re welcome (and encouraged!) to join more if you’d like.

Follow the suggested colors and theme. Please choose outfits that fit the style guide so the group photos look cohesive.

Commitment to dates and times. Do your best to honor the scheduled session dates and BE ON TIME. This keeps our sessions running smoothly and ensures you don’t miss anything important.

Be friendly and welcoming. Senior Reps should create a positive, inclusive environment—especially for girls they may not know yet.

Share your photos on social media. Please post images from both your group sessions and your individual photoshoot, and don’t forget to tag me!

Show off your printed goodies. Share your prints and album included in your package—your experience helps others know what to expect!

Professionalism Online. Reps should maintain a positive online presence, since you are representing Bonnie Wid Photography.

Model Release Agreement. Senior Reps are agreeing to give permission for their photos to be used by Bonnie Widmaier for marketing and promotions.

Parent involvement. Having you in the loop with details helps everything run smoothly and ensures your senior can participate fully and confidently.

Have fun! A simple reminder that enthusiasm really helps set the tone for great group sessions.
Session Dates and Themes
You’ll have FOUR different group session opportunities throughout the year.
Each rep is asked to join at least two of the dates, but if you’re excited for more, you’re welcome to do all four!
